At any time, anyone of our Blue Sage Day Spa staff members will be happy to assist you or answer any
questions or concerns that you may have.

Appointments:
Appointments are held with a credit card, advanced payment, or gift certificate. For more information regarding your visit, click here.

Cancellation:
Please contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to change or cancel the appointment. There will be a 50% fee assessed for any missed appointment.

Spa Etiquette:
Please respect all of our guests right to relaxation by turning off your pagers and cellular phones when you enter the spa. Please also talk in a low tone.

Arrival:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time to check-in with our receptionist. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.

Gratuities:
Prices for our services do not include gratuity. Gratuities for exceptional service may be made at your discretion and therapists are appreciative of all gratuities. A 20% gratuity is customary and the receptionist will provide any confidential assistance upon your request.

Gift Certificates:
Give the gift that everyone loves - a Blue Sage Day Spa Gift Certificate. A gift certificate can be given for any service, package or dollar amount. The certificate may not be redeemed for cash but may be used at any point over the year.
